I have worked at a software agency selling custom software solutions as well as at a SaaS company selling a pre-existing product. # Work Experience ## Draytons Family Wines | Cellar Door Sales | 2022-Current Winery tours, presentations, and tastings for groups ranging 1-40. Customers range from life long collectors and those with wine knowledge certifications to people who have never drunk wine before and don't know what fermentation is. To avoid either boring or overwhelming I have to quickly calibrate to the customer's knowledge level and educate them on the product in a way that reassures them that they are at the right place talking to the right person. ## Hope Estate | Cellar Door Sales | 2022 A very short role that only lasted a couple months as I was hired by a coworker who took over management of Draytons. Same duties as above. Listed only to show that people who have worked with me want to keep doing so. ## Danitt Development | Sales + Other | 2019-2022 A software development agency where we would create custom software solutions for small to medium enterprises. Duties were roughly split along the line of my business partner writing code and myself doing everything else. This included technical requirements discovery, product demonstrations and training, identifying technical solutions and designing them. ## CareMaster | Sales Manager | 2018-2019 CRM, billing, and general administration software solution for disability care companies. I was the first sales hire and performed all sales duties, training, and some customer support. Targeted small to medium enterprises. Qualified prospects and use cases. Pitched, trained, and onboarded clients both remotely using screen sharing as well as in person. Attended trade shows nationwide for lead generation. Successfully used the "internal champion" strategy to land sales. ## Danitt Development | Sales Focused Co-Owner | 2014-2018 As above. ## Hope Estate | Sales Manager | 2012-2014 Internally promoted into this role after a year of cellar door sales. Performed wholesale sales personally, managed relationships with distributors and helped them close their own sales, acted as a brand ambassador internationally, and managed direct to consumer sales at the winery itself. Presented to and educated Hope Estate staff, distributors, bottle shop staff, and restaurants. Conducted winery tours of up to 60 people. Only other staff members capable of this were the Owner-Manager and the Lead Winemaker.
